The policies in Manor Guest House:
- Check-in Time: In general the check-in time is after 3pm, and the late check in is acceptable.
- Check-out Time: Check out time is 11:00 am, key must be returned to a staff member or left in your room to avoid a $50 key surcharge. If you stay more than 1 hour after check out time, every hour will be charged 25% of your room rate.
- Other charges: Please report any damage in the room to us otherwise we may charge for the repair or replacement.
- Non-smoking room: our guest rooms are all non smoking rooms. Breach this policy will result in $100 CAD penalty.
- Knocking Door notice: For the cleaning and security reasons, we need to check the room. We will knock the door three times and wait for your respond. If we don’t hear your answer, we may open the door and go inside.
- Monthly payment: For our long-term guests, if you pay the rent by monthly, the first payment date is your check-in date, afterwards the payment will be made one day in advance.
- Parking space: We have 10 parking spaces available in the back of the house based on FIRST COME, FIRST OCCUPIED. There are 2 hour parking spaces available on the side of the streets and free of parking after 6pm both in front of the house and on the side of the streets.
- (Please do not leave your valuable stuff in the car. We will not take responsibility for the damage or stolen of your vehicle nor your belongings in the vehicle.)
- For our long stay guest, in order to not disturbing your stay, we will not provide daily clean up service. However if you need this service, please inform the front desk before 12pm and hang the clean up tag on your door.
- Free local call: the telephone is in the lobby of the main entrance and in the Penthouse that is shared with the household that you may use for local calls. If you are expecting any calls please direct them to this phone number or 604-876-8494 or 778-239-4773
